£10 per class - paid 5 weeks in advance.  Flexible arrangements for work and holiday committments 

£95 per couple or £50 for a single space.

The cost of my services as a Birth Doula is £600 to include: Initial consultation to establish background and expectations, further meetings before the birth, usually a minimum of two meetings but as many as we feel necessary to prepare.  Available by phone and email throughout this time for information, questions, etc. On call for the birth from 2 weeks before the due date to 2 weeks after the due date. Attendance during labour at home or hospital as soon as you need me. A postnatal visit up to 2 hours after the birth at your convenience. Available by phone and email for advice, assistance, help whenever you need me. As a YogaBirth teacher I also offer guidance for an active birth, labour positions, breathing and relaxation and optimal foetal positioning. There are a wide range of books, magazines and articles on doulas, birth partners, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, yoga in pregnancy, active birth, feeding and weaning which you can borrow as part of each package.  This package is set up to suit each individual couple.

Your needs are individual and before making a booking I will visit you at home for an intital consultation.  It is an ideal opportunity for you to meet me to ensure I am the right doula for you and your family and to discuss and agree the right package.

These usually run for two hours over 3 sessions in the comfort of your own home.
