Meet other mums and find your community during mat leave at these relaxed socials for mums & babies
I wanted to support mums on their journey into parenthood - which lets face it can be a lonely and challenging one! Come along to this relaxed coffee morning and meet other mums, enjoy a hot drink, sweet treat and learn about the expert support we have in our area. Whilst I have set these monthly events up - and will cover any the costs - it will be supported by other local experts offering their time freely. Suitable for those with newborns and upwards!

Although we aren't a playgroup we will have some playmats and a few toys available for mobile babies.
This month's guest expert is: Becca Hull, a local women's health physio.
"Becca is passionate about Women's Health and empowering women in understanding, treating and improving pelvic health both for the present and safe guarding women in their future function. Seeing women take back control, optimise their pelvic health and return to the activities they enjoy is one of Becca's motivations."

Learn life saving information and techniques to support your family in an emergency. Emergency procedures for infants, children and adults. Grandparents and partners are welcome to also attend.
Tickets are £25 pp.
Refreshments and a homemade treat also included. A relaxed space where your baby can be themselves.
