Rose creates a relaxed, nurturing space for mums-to-be each week in her popular Pregnancy Yoga Classes. As an Antenatal and Hypnobirthing teacher, Rose has curated sequences that encourage your baby into their optimum position for birth as well as teach you lots of positive birth positions.

The yoga is accessible as most of the ladies who join have never practised yoga before and come mainly to make friends. Each class ends with guided relaxation to bond with your baby and instil calm confidence ahead of your birthing day.
