Gentle Beginnings, Dorking
A course dedicated to supporting you through the Fourth Trimester
During this unique course you will find a calm space and warm welcome. We'll have time to share, reflect, learn, breathe, rest, enjoy your new baby and make friends. Join a course with your new baby when you’re ready and they are under 12 weeks of age. Mums will often book before their baby arrives so they know this support is waiting for them.
