The Mamas Nest, Dorking
A weekly circle to support you through the Fourth Trimester
During this 5 week course you can expect to have time to reflect, learn, stretch, rest, enjoy your new baby and make friends. Join a course with your new baby when you’re ready and they are under 12 weeks of age. Mums will often book before their baby is born so they know they’ll have this invaluable support available when they need it most. Expert feeding support included.
