In this series of 21 short classes you'll explore how to prepare for birth, the process of birth itself, learning 3 breathing techniques to support you, understand why movement is important and which positions in particular, how Hypnobirthing works, birth environment and a Birth Partner Module and Fourth Trimester Module.

The short recorded classes are easy to digest and can be enjoyed separately or in small batches. It's also easy to revisit any along the way. Videos are stored in YouTube so super easy to view on phone or laptop.

You'll also get access to 6 Hypnobirthing Recordings, plus 2 dedicated for Positive Abdominal Birth in case that's needed. Recordings are stored in Sound Cloud making access easy via your phone.

This isn't a replacement for a full Antenatal Course but it can be a valuable source of information and support if you're expecting soon or have gaps even after taking classes elsewhere.
