If you decide you could benefit from a bespoke level of support I do also deliver 121 classes online for birth preparation and breastfeeding classes. I suggest a minimum of 2 sessions, each session would last up to 2.5 hours. And you can tailor them to focus on what you'd most like to cover or I can suggest a class outline. Your partner would also be able to join these sessions. To learn more, please contact me and share a little about what you're after.

Mini Digital Antenatal Course
In this series of 21 short classes you'll explore how to prepare for birth, the process of birth itself, learning 3 breathing techniques to support you, understand why movement is important and which positions in particular, how Hypnobirthing works, birth environment and a Birth Partner Module and Fourth Trimester Module.

The short recorded classes are easy to digest and can be enjoyed separately or in small batches. It's also easy to revisit any along the way. It's a good idea to save the link to this webpage or bookmark it to make it easy to find.

Your Hypnobirthing Recordings
One of the core tools used in Hypnobirthing is Guided Relaxation Scripts. I have recorded 6 of these, plus 2 for Abdominal Birth should you need them. I deliberately use the same background track and if you enjoy this you could choose to use it separately as part of your birth prep or labour play list - I've linked to it here.

I recommend taking time over each script in the numbered order. Ideally you would listen to each one either every night or every other night for a week. Do not worry if you fall asleep - we are aiming to communicate with your unconscious mind so you will still be absorbing the information.
​
The Affirmation Script could be listened to in the day whilst your relaxing or potting around. And the Wave Script is useful to use when practicing breathing techniques and movements for labour.
​
The scripts are stored in SoundCloud. If you get the app you'll be able to save the playlist and access it easily, even during birth.
