Supporting you through the Fourth Trimester

During this 5 week course you can expect to have time to reflect, learn, stretch, rest, enjoy your new baby and make friends. New topics each week to help you learn about your baby, build confidence and gently transition into motherhood.

Baby Massage
The perfect first baby class, suitable from 8 weeks
Mondays 11:00am-12:00pm

Suitable from 2 - 6 months or rolling - the ideal first baby class. Includes social time with drinks and biscuits. Baby massage is a wonderful way to bond with your baby and learn positive touch techniques to soothe them. Each class begins with gentle seated stretches to relax you and then some baby yoga and song fun! All classes are relaxed and baby friendly so you can feed, change and cuddle baby when they need you. We always end each class with time to chat to other mums and enjoy a drink and biscuit. There are many benefits to practicing baby massage for yourself as well as your baby. Including, ways to soothe digestive, teething or skin comfort, helping you to relax your nervous system and support bonding, age-appropriate sensory stimulation for baby and treatment often promotes deeper sleep when used regularly. By the end of the course you'll have learnt a full body massage routine and some songs and stretches to enjoy with your baby. You may choose to continue your practice at home and as baby grows. Coconut massage oil is provided and handouts will be emailed to you so you can continue to practice and teach your co-parent.

Mum & Baby Yoga
An interactive class combining postnatal yoga and baby yoga fun, suitable after postnatal check (10 weeks after abdominal birth)
Tuesdays 10:00am-11:00am

My next term will start on 13th January for 5 weeks
A very popular class, suitable after your postnatal check (10 weeks after abdominal or assisted birth) until baby is crawling. A nurturing class to reconnect with your body and have fun with your new baby. Newborns and mobile babies are welcome. Classes combine gentle postnatal yoga to support your post-birth recovery as well as some song and baby yoga fun. There is also time to chat together over a drink and biscuit. If there are mobile babies present they can enjoy a padded play area with toys in the centre of our circle. You're welcome to repeat the course for as long as you enjoy it and find it beneficial, Babies love repetition and routine and will enjoy the classes even more with familiarity.
