Pregnant and living in Reigate?
Hello, I’m Rose and I love creating a calm, nurturing space for mums-to-be each week in my Pregnancy Yoga Classes.
As an Antenatal and Hypnobirthing teacher, I focus on sequences that encourage your baby into their optimum position for birth as well as teach lots of active birth positions to support more efficient and more comfortable birth. There’s also plenty of social time as most of the ladies who join have never practised yoga before and really come to make friends. We end each class with guided relaxation time to bond with your baby and instil calm confidence ahead of your birthing day.

I provide mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets - all you need to bring is a bottle of water and a cushion for your relaxation time.
